2 Account Registration & Accurate Information

To register on Bejili, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated at any time.

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• The name, address, and contact details provided at registration must be genuine.
• If documents are requested for account verification (such as a national ID), they must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

Bejili strictly prohibits minors from opening accounts or participating in any betting activity. Any account belonging to a person under 18 will be closed immediately.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Bejili may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify a user's age.
• Bejili reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
• Any transaction made in the name of a minor will be considered void.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bejili reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Due to regulatory orders or legal obligations.
• Inactive accounts (unused for 12 months or more).

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded through the standard process.

9 Limitation of Liability
